Here is a brief list of art-related stuff about Gene:
- He was introduced to art early by tracing Snoopy comics from the newspaper.
- He was a comic book kid who liked drawing superheroes.
- He loves fantasy stories and role-playing games that spark his imagination.
- He was enrolled in art classes all day during his senior year of high school.
- He earned a scholarship to art school.
- He was forced to leave art school due to homelessness.
- He joined the U.S. Army as an infantryman, later becoming a combat artist and art instructor. Army Artist - SSG Gene Snyder
- He has art in a national collection (National Museum of the U.S. Army).
- He earned a degree in Art History and Studio Art while serving in the U.S. Army.
- He currently works as a full-time graphic designer creating history books.
